While walking has always been one of my favorite ways to stay active, I’ve been walking so much more since becoming a mom. Whether I’m baby wearing, using the stroller or even getting a quick solo walk in while Birdie naps, I try to get my steps in each and every day. Keep reading for some of my favorite must haves for a loooong walk!
Ankle Support Socks: If I know I’m going to alternate between walking and running, I always wear my ankle support socks. They create the perfect support to prevent injury and any twists or sprains.
Baby Carrier: Who needs a weighted vest when you have a 25 pound toddler to carry around? This baby carrier allows for all stages of baby wearing, from newborn to toddler. You can wear baby forward or backward facing, or flip the carrier around for a “backpack” style hold. This carrier is so sturdy, but soft enough to be comfortable for long periods of walking.
AirPods Max: My all time favorite headphones are the AirPods Max. They fit perfectly and don’t fall off with movement, plus the sound quality can’t be beat!
Odwalla Water Bottle: Hydration is key, so I always take my Freesip bottle with me. It’s insulated to keep my water and electrolytes cold all day long!
